What is Coaching?
- Coaching assists a client to bridge the gap between where they are now, to where they would like to be far more effectively than if they worked alone.
- A coach achieves this by:
- Helping to raise the awareness of a client with powerful questioning techniques so they can get clear on what they truly desire and who they are at their core
- Assisting them to create practical, step-by-step action plans to reach their goals
- Providing on-going support through any changes or obstacles a client may encounter
- Providing a client with tools, techniques and strategies to create lasting change and success

When coaching?
Life Coaching Can help with virtually any aspect of someone's life, whether it is in their personal or professional life.Life coaching is a successful form of talking process with a goal to achieve in mind, and it helps turn people's lives around !!!
Who is a coach?
A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.Three words can be used to describe what a life coach does:
- Guidance
- Empowerment
- Improvement
Guidance is the life coach providing the tools and support for someone to broaden their perspective and open their mind, hence enabling them to reach their goals.
Empowerment is to a large extent down to the individual to realise their own self-worth and self-belief that has, for one reason or another, diminished.
Improvement in the sense that an individual will go from where they are to where they want to be, in effect reaching their goal.
What to expect?
In our first coaching session I will look to gain an overall perspective of your life, before identifying which areas you are seeking to improve or are currently unhappy with. We will then agree your goals and how you will achieve them. it will then be down to you to go away with the techniques you have learned and work on what has been agreed.
In between our sessions it will be important for you to focus on applying the determination and drive necessary to achieve the results that you want in your life.
As your life coach, I will be guiding you and working with you to change how you look at both yourself and the rest of the world and in time to develop a more positive thought process in all aspects of your life.
It is the alteration of your thought process combined with the desire to change and challenge yourself that will allow you to ultimately achieve your goals.
